operators solving operational problems.

Astrea Technologies builds AstreaIoT from Monterrey and Mexico City. The company was born in the field — the problem wasn't the sensor, but that nobody was watching what it said.

>./convicciones·I · four things we believe

what we believe.

01

sensors solve nothing · workflows do

A sensor that reports data without context, alert, or action is one more operational problem, not one less. AstreaIoT exists to close the loop: measure → alert → act → log.

02

what you can't see is what costs

The compressor that dies overnight, the "normal" merma in the meat locker, the contract that doesn't close because evidence is missing. What we don't measure, we pay in silence.

03

compliance is a consequence, not a goal

If the operation is genuinely measured and logged, regulatory reports are just one more export. When NOM-251 or NOM-072 become a three-week job, something is broken beyond the audit.

04

the customer won't become an expert · we will

We don't sell a do-it-yourself product. We support every deployment with calibration, operational training, audit support, and quarterly findings review. The operation is the result, not the install.

>./origen·II · 2023 · monterrey

where we come from.

AstreaIoT was born in 2023 after continuous field work with industrial and commercial operations in northern and central Mexico. Energy diagnostics, walk-in cooler walk-arounds, switchboard reviews, cold chains that broke between Tlalpan and Saltillo.

In every site the pattern was the same: sensors that existed but with no network, data in notebooks no one read, "normal merma" no one quantified. The opportunity wasn't to build more hardware — it was to close the operational loop with a LoRaWAN network, usable dashboards, and sustained human support.

what we aren't
  • ·we aren't a generic integrator — we don't install any sensor on any network
  • ·we aren't hardware-only — the dashboard, alerts, and support are part of the product
  • ·we aren't a consulting firm — we don't deliver diagnostics without measuring them in field continuously
  • ·we aren't SaaS-without-support — on audit day, there's a human available by WhatsApp
>./como-trabajamos·III · four steps

how we work.

step 1

walk-around of your operation

No-commitment initial visit. We walk your walk-in cooler, switchboard, chamber, tanker. Inventory of equipment, criticalities, and applicable regulations. Brief findings report.

step 2

pilot in 1-3 sites

Deployment in 2-3 representative sites. 90 days no commitment. Calibration, training, operational gateways. First prevented events documented.

step 3

rollout by format

Rollout at a cadence the customer sustains: 1-5 sites/wk in small chains, 30-100 sites/wk in large chains with parallel crews. Cross-site dashboard active from day one.

step 4

operation + quarterly review

Sustained human support — no chatbots. Quarterly review with your Responsable Sanitario or operations lead. Actionable findings. Backlog prioritized with you.
