You need to measure a magnitude not in our twenty main magnitudes — for example: specialized industrial gases (H₂S, SO₂, high-concentration Cl₂), thermal conductivity of chemical processes, ionizing radiation, dedicated UV spectral readings. We import the sensor from a verified third party, develop the ChirpStack codec, and integrate it to the platform.

industrial legacy equipment codec

Your existing PLC, UPS, chiller, generator, PDU or meter speaks Modbus but the template isn't in our library. We develop the codec mapping your equipment's registers to AstreaIoT data points. Applies to Vertiv, APC, Raritan PDUs, Eaton UPS, Caterpillar/Cummins generators, Carrier/Trane chillers, Eastron meters.

Your operation is in a sector AstreaIoT hasn't catalogued yet — e.g., IVF clinics (LN₂ cryogenic), ATEX mining (explosion-proof), composting + biodigesters (NH₃ + CH₄), self-storage chains, gyms with thermal pool. If you demonstrate volume + recurrence, we develop the recipe + your site is the anchor (subsidized pilot).

white-label / embedded dashboard

You're an integrator, property manager, industrial advisor, or consultant selling AstreaIoT under your brand. We develop white-label branding + embedded views for your portal · WebSocket bridge for data in your own infra · API SDK for your dev team. Your end customer sees YOUR brand, AstreaIoT operates behind.

edge gateway / offline-capable

Your site has limited connectivity (rural dairy ranch, mezcal palenque Sierra Oaxaca, marine platform, remote mine) or air-gap requirements (C5/C4 security, classified government). We develop edge gateway with local buffer + deferred sync + additional encryption · optional satellite-cellular fly-by-wire.

scoping + initial quote

60-90 min technical call with your engineer or architect. We define the problem, magnitudes, constraints, expected volumes. We leave with a written scope + honest quote (one-time fee + ongoing MRR) + realistic schedule. If the project doesn't make sense for AstreaIoT, we say so in this phase.

prototype + validation

We build a functional prototype with key components: sensor (imported or existing), ChirpStack codec, basic dashboard, WhatsApp alert. We deploy it at one of your pilot sites (internal lab or anchor customer). We validate metrics + adjust. If the prototype doesn't work as expected, we adjust scope or cancel without additional commitment.

integration + hardening

We polish the codec + dashboard UX + reports + alert rules. Load tests, network fallback, sensor calibration, operational documentation. If white-label applies, we configure branding + domain + emails. Your team trains on the final flow.

commercial pilot

We activate at your real site (not lab). Your operation runs with the development. Intensive support from our team · live adjustments · weekly metrics. If the use case justifies ongoing investment, we convert to standard production.

go-live + standard product

What was developed transitions from "custom" to "AstreaIoT product" — available for future customers in the same vertical. Your site remains the historical anchor (first-mover advantage). Future pricing of the recipe at standard production; your pricing remains negotiated.

one-time development fee

Covers engineering time (firmware, codec, integration, custom dashboard). Payable in 3 milestones: kickoff + prototype delivered + go-live. Approximately between tens and several hundred thousand pesos depending on complexity — no public price because each project is different.

hardware at cost + landed

Imported sensor, edge gateway, specialized devices — we pass cost + import adjustment (customs + logistics) without excessive markup. We show you the manufacturer invoice in the quote.

ongoing MRR (SaaS + support)

Once in production, the site pays standard SaaS per recipe + an L3 24/7 monitoring add-on if applicable. The one-time development fee isn't charged again; the customer who funded the R&D gets the recurring benefit.

future royalty (optional)

If your use case unlocks a new category we later sell to other customers, we can structure a royalty / preferred pricing / equity-in-feature scheme. Case-by-case conversation for strategic anchors.
